Chocolate & Hemp Protein Smoothie Bowl (post-workout)


  • 100ml almond milk

  • 1 peeled and sliced frozen banana

  • 1 tablespoon natural almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

  • 1-2 tablespoon hemp protein powder

  • small handful ice

  • 1-2 tablespoon oatmeal

  • Toppings: crushed hazelnuts, coco chips, cacao nibs, pomegranate, goji berries, hemp seeds


  1. Place all ingredients (except toppings) in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add more ice to thicken, or milk to thin.

  2. Add the toppings of your choice on top & enjoy your protein bowl ! (best after working-out)
