This version of brownie is made from chickpeas, a high-protein ingredient generally used in savory recipes. it provides a soft texture and its matches very well with chocolate <3
INGREDIENTS (4 people)
440 g of cooked chickpeas
1 tbsp of chia seeds and 3 tbsp of water
50 g maple syrup
45 g coconut oil
50 g quinoa flour
90 g dark chocolate chips
A few mix of nuts
A few squares of dark (90%) chocolate
A pinch of fleur de sel
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th 6).
2. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor except for the chocolate chips and nuts.
3. Add the chocolate chips with a wooden spoon, stir and pour the batter into a 20cm square mould. Place the nuts and a few pieces of chocolate on top to decorate the cake.
4. Bake for 20 mins.
