I offer personalized online training sessions via GoogleMeet where we can go and exercise whole year long from the comfort of your home. What is included? Personalized workout plan Training plan demo & practise session Follow ups and progressions 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We appreciate you scheduling an appointment with me! To ensure fairness, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Otherwise, I will charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the Personal Training session value.
